Tina Bao is Director of Operations at Congruent Ventures. She has extensive experience in US and Cayman fund formation, back-office and financial operations, early stage financings, and investor relations from Social Capital, 500 Startups, and Gunderson Dettmer. At Congruent, Tina establishes and manages Congruent’s processes around deal flow, portfolio monitoring, investor relations/fundraising, and use of internal databases.

Tina graduated with a BA in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley and also holds her Notary license in the state of California. Tina loves to snowboard, scuba dive, rock climb, and attend music events in her spare time.
