Eliza Cushman is a Partner at Congruent Ventures, where she manages all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio support. In addition to leading new early-stage deals, she works closely with Congruent's later-stage portfolio companies as they reach key growth milestones. She serves as a Board Member at Ezra Climate and a Board Observer at both AMP Sortation and Dispatch Goods, and is also actively involved with First Street, Muon Space, and Parallel.

Eliza has broad investing experience across both early and late-stage equity and credit. She was previously an Associate at KKR, where she helped originate and execute private credit and capital markets solutions, including restructurings and workouts, for sponsor-backed companies. She has also worked with several other early-stage venture capital funds and advised multiple startups. She began her career in investment banking in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America.

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
