Jackie Kossmann is a Partner at CongruentVentures. Her career in the industry spans two decades, including bothoperating experience (building over 1GW of utility-scale wind and solarprojects across the US) and venture capital investing experience (mostrecently, deeptech investing at In-Q-Tel and Applied Materials). She hasinvested in over 40 companies and has been a board observer or director at 20companies.

Jackie joined Congruent in 2022 and oversees Congruent’s investments in Alloy Enterprises, Aux Labs, Avalanche, Fleet, Hippo Harvest, Machina Labs, Presto, Polyspectra, Rendered.AI, Stable Auto, and Trashie.

Jackie graduated with a BS in both Civil Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University, an MS in Sustainable Energy Systems from Edinburgh University and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Jackie originally hails from Cape Cod and loves activities that involve water in its various forms (skiing, surfing, skating, sailing, etc.) and is an aspiring guitarist!
