Austin is an Analyst for the Continuity Fund, focusing on deal evaluation and execution for Congruent's high-growth companies.

Prior to this role, Austin was in an operating role at Summit Nanotech, a Series A/B lithium mining technology provider, where he led all financial modelling and supported Go-to-Market, FP&A, Fundraising, and Executive Strategic Planning. Austin began his career as a strategy consultant (Accenture) and investment banking analyst (CIBC), where he advised large multinational energy and utilities companies on how to position themselves to succeed in the energy transition.

Austin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen’s University and was awarded the Medal in Electrical Engineering for achieving the highest GPA in his graduating class. Outside of work, Austin enjoys skiing, road biking, photography, and exploring the mountains with his dog.
