Jess Hele is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Congruent Ventures, where she connects the dots between people, places, and calendars.

Prior to joining Congruent, Jess supported teams across a wide range of industries. Her experience includes financial firms such as Founders Fund and Gryphon Investors, strategy consultancy Monitor Group, and virtual-world pioneer Linden Lab.

Jess holds a B.A. in Broadcast & Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University and has lived in the city long enough to call herself a local. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, adventures, and spending time with her loved ones.
