Kate is the Platform Associate at Congruent Ventures, where she helps support the firm’s portfolio and broader ecosystem.

Prior to joining Congruent, she was an early team member at Galvanize, a climate-focused global investment firm, where she helped build and launch the firm’s capital raising and investor relations function across multiple asset classes. She began her career at Vitamin Angels, an international public health nonprofit.

Kate holds a B.A. in Global Studies with a minor in English from UC Santa Barbara. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, trying new restaurants, and reading mysteries.
